Shipping Costs
Please be aware that shipping costs can change during sale periods. The most accurate shipping prices are available at the checkout page. We offer the following shipping options with track & trace services:

Shipping Methods & International Shipping
We ship worldwide. Once your order is processed, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way. Delivery times and fees depend on your destination country and local customs regulations. International orders may experience customs delays and may be subject to additional duties or fees based on the carrier and your country's import policies.
Order Modifications & Cancellations
Address Accuracy (Important): To ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive your package within the time frames we advertise, please make sure that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and/or required information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) is critical for ensuring timely delivery. WakeVibrate does not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.
Modifications: If you need to change your order (address, product, quantity), you may request a modification within 12 hours of placing your order. After 12 hours, your order may already be processing or in transit and changes may no longer be possible.
Cancellations: All orders are final once placed. We are unable to cancel orders after checkout. Please double-check your details before completing your purchase.
Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages
Carrier Responsibility: WakeVibrate is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier once the order has been shipped.
Claims for Loss or Damage: If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@wakevibrate.com, and we will assist you in resolving the issue or filing a claim with the carrier. For damaged items, please include photos of the packaging and the product itself.
Delivered but Not Received: If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you did not receive your package, please file a claim with the shipping carrier first. After that, send us the carrier's proof of loss or claim confirmation. Claims for missing packages marked as delivered are only eligible within 7 days of the delivery date.
Minor Packaging Damage: We package all products with care, but sometimes packages can get scuffed during transit. If the packaging is damaged but the product itself is fine, it will not qualify for a refund or replacement.
Processing & Delivery Times
Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Tracking information will be sent once your order has shipped.
Estimated Delivery: 5 to 12 business days for major regions (United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and EU Countries), depending on your location.
