Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be undamaged and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Solutions for Common Issues

Manufacturing Defects & Quality Issues
If the product is defective or arrives with quality issues, we will provide a free replacement.

Shipping Damage
If your package is damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 5 days. We will send a replacement at no cost. If a replacement also arrives damaged, a full refund will be issued.

Size/Color Exchanges or Change of Mind
Returns or exchanges are accepted within our policy window; however, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

How to Initiate a Return

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Follow these steps for a smooth return process:

  1. Email Us: Contact support@wakevibrate.com within 100 days of delivery. Include your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Get Authorization: Our support team will review your request. Once approved, we will provide the authorized return address and specific instructions via email.
  3. Ship the Item: Returns must be shipped within 5 business days of receiving authorization. Please provide us with the tracking number immediately after shipping.
  4. Inspection & Refund: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days.

Important Notes

  • Unauthorized Returns: All returns must be pre-authorized via email. Items sent back without prior communication or authorization will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Condition of Items: Items that show signs of use, are damaged by the user, or are missing original parts/packaging will not be accepted for return.
